Empowering Youth for future careers and stability in the workforce.

Who is Hogg Helps? Why is it

effective to students, and our youth?

Nathan Hogg is the founder of Hogg Helps. I am a young adult in the Richmond, Indiana community. It has always been in my heart to serve and advocate for the youth and my peers. I have been in the workforce since age 14, and I have worked at several businesses in the Wayne County area. I have done a number of community service events, and I am currently serving the board of Future Achievers, and the Wayne County Cares committee. It has been a great honor to create this website in hopes of spreading knowledge to my peers about the workforce and all it has to offer. I want all the kids younger and older than me to know one thing: It is never too late to start. If it is your calling, go after it! With this free website, I am hoping that every teen in the Wayne County area takes full advantage of Hogg Helps.

Founder of ‘Hogg Helps’, Nathan Hogg, conducted a workforce study for his high school class. As he collected his data, he found that our youth needed more information concerning job opportunities, where to apply, how to approach employers, mentors, etc.

Hogg Helps created a website to change that cloudy area. This website is an effective website to students and youth for many reasons. One of the top ones being students do not have to search on many websites to find out about jobs/future careers in Wayne County. They are all supplied right here on this website, for free.

Students are provided free information on education and business events in the community. Please follow Hogg Helps on Facebook for more information and day-to-day updates.

Supporting education and Youth Employment.

Hogg Helps has partnered with Future Achievers of Richmond, Indiana to provide quality knowledge about jobs, future careers, and traits you must develop for work. Carl Rhinehart, Director of Future Achievers, says that Future Achievers seeks to connect teens with information and opportunities that they wouldn’t otherwise have. Their Life Enrichment Workshops seek to further educate high school students in five key areas: Personal Finance, Job Readiness, College Preparation, Giving Back to the Community & Civic Engagement, and Health & Wellness.

Our team believes just that: “Everyone Deserves the Opportunity to be Their Best Self.”

Our vision is simple. We are here to provide education of the workforce to the youth surrounding the Wayne County Area. Knowing how to develop interpersonal relationships, time management skills, showing up on time, how to write/build a resume, and how to dress for the job and interview are all important skills you need to develop for the immediate workforce.

Our promise to you is to provide you with knowledge of jobs and future careers in Wayne County that hire youth under 19.

This information is free for the youth at all times!

“With the support from Wayne County and our businesses, we are able to work together to help the youth succeed.”
